Device Permissions To provide its core features, the App requires the following permissions: • Camera: Used solely to capture images of text or mathematical expressions for on-device recognition. • Storage / Media: Used to allow you to select existing images from your gallery to perform calculations. • Internet: Used for internal app functionality and updates to third-party recognition libraries. Note on Data Processing: All image processing for text recognition and mathematical solving is performed on-device. We do not upload your images, recordings, or calculation history to our servers.

  3. Third-Party Service Providers The App uses third-party libraries and services that may process data to improve functionality. These include:

• Google Play Services: For app updates and security. • Google ML Kit: Used for text and image recognition. Google may use technical data from these requests to improve its models.   1. Data Security The security of your data is important to us. Because CamCalculator operates primarily offline and on-device, your data remains within your control. We do not maintain a database of your personal files or calculation results.

  2. Children’s Privacy CamCalculator does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. The App is a general utility tool intended for students, engineers, and construction professionals.
